2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to create an account and use services on ck365:

  • One account per person: Each individual may operate only one account.
  • Capacity: You must be of sound mind and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

For 21+ only: Protecting minors from gambling is ck365's highest priority. We will verify age whenever we have the means to do so. Any account created with false information will be closed immediately.

3 Account Registration

To create an account on ck365, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and any pending withdrawals being held.

  • The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be true and accurate.
  • The same person may not create multiple accounts. If there is reason for suspicion, ck365 reserves the right to verify or close accounts.
  • The account is entirely personal — it may not be shared with anyone else.
  • Upon completing registration, you enter into a binding agreement with ck365.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Keep your password and login details completely confidential.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on ck365 are fully secure and transparent. We support Bangladesh's popular payment methods.

Deposit

  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bangladeshi bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 for each method.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.

Withdrawal

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ck365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read carefully before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus

  • A 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
  • To withdraw bonus winnings, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.
  • The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.

General Bonus Terms

  • After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified period; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
  • If misuse of bonus benefits is detected (arbitrage, multiple accounts), the bonus will be cancelled and the account closed.
  • ck365 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on ck365 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all services.

  • Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — exceptions apply under the specific cancellation policy.
  • If a technical error results in incorrect odds or game outcomes, ck365 reserves the right to correct them.
  • If a game outcome is affected by a network interruption or connection issue, server logs will be considered the final record.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
  • The outcomes of slots and other RNG games are entirely random and not predetermined.

8 Prohibited Activities

  • Being underage or failing age verification.
  • Suspicious financial transactions or suspected money laundering.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • An order from a court, regulatory body, or law enforcement authority.

10 Limitation of Liability
